If your are short handed or simply would like to have someone along that knows the area and the boat, you can hire a Gulf Charters Crew (Crew needs own bunk) to assist you with running the boat and dealing with local issues. This makes life on board a lot easier, as they can advise you on the local area, have local contacts and can speak Thai. If you don't have enough experience to sail by yourself, a bareboat holiday isn't out of reach. You can hire a Gulf Charters skipper to take the helm whilst you and your crew enjoy the surroundings (skipper needs own bunk). Your skipper will take care of the day-to-day running of your yacht, leaving you free to swim, snorkel and relax. Sailing in a new destination? You can hire an Instructional skipper to join you for any amount of time – maybe a week or two, or even just for a day. Instructional skippers will help you become accustomed with a new yacht or area, advise on sailing tips and answer any questions as you sail .
